Sorry I took so long to respond but you have to install rpgmaker2003 before you play it.

Go Here and download+install it.

Once Again, sorry for the long wait. :-(

Do I need to download the application to help?

Yes, if you plan on helping you need to download it and the game. HOWEVER, if you don't want to do it that way, I can just send you a big block of text in a .txt file and you can translate it accordingly. Either way works for me.:D
