Dragon Quest 2 to 3D

So I have away for some time now, unable to program, or model a lot but....
I managed ( finally ) to do some terraining in the engine I'm using. Terrain blending means that several textures can blend together without too much trouble, well that is the idea.
Now I need to make a small engine that allows me to do this terraining and blending and put models on top of it. This micht take longer then I expect, so once Ive got my very first screenie I will post it here.

I've tried to do a 3D object in Blender and KPovModeler but i can't do it because is so complex.

J'ai éssayé de faire un objet 3D dans Blender e KPovModeler mais je pouvais pas c'est trop complexe.

@Néo-Paléo : I don't like blender, it is not very user friendly, you should download GMAX from here : http://www.turbosquid.com/gmax

This is exactly the same as 3DStudio Max but the free edition, this one is a lot better then blender, but if you want something decent to export from GMAX, you need to or buy 3DSMAX or find something alternative on the web.

What you first should do is look at some tut before trying to model stuff, or look at some decent low poly models to learn, it is not that hard after that.

Il faut dire que pour l'instant on dirait pas les mêmes ^^ .

Mais je trouve que ça ressemble beaucoup mais le tien à l'air plus méchant ^^

Peut-être que le cou est toutefois un peu trop large, je me suis demandé au début s'il n'avait pas un super gros menton...

Enfin, c'est juste un commentaire...

Il faudrait peut-être le rendre plus ressemblant à l'original en rallongeant les oreilles en haut.

Sinon il fait plus sérieux, ce que je trouve mieux que l'original!
Hargon je l'avais complètement oublié, tellement Malroth m'avait occupé l'esprit!

Voilà attendons qu'il fasse le corps pour pouvoir juger. Il va devoir le modifier radicalement, surtout vis-à-vis des proportions :S

don't worry about the white lines on the model, that is just because I started to unwrap him for texturing.
